1/150 Favorite Films
The Kid (1921) starring Charlie Chaplin, Jackie Coogan and Edna Purviance.
One of the finest examples of child acting I have ever come across. Jackie Coogan and Charlie Chaplin have such amazing chemistry in the heartbreaking tale of the little tramp taking in an orphaned child. I adore this film and find myself weeping at every viewing. Chaplin at his finest.

“He’s shooting a film in my area right now, and he takes a ton of time when he has a break to meet & greet, sign, do photos. He’s a very nice guy. This is a friend of mine’s child.” (x)

Gregory Peck (5 April 1916 - 12 June 2003)
“I just do things I really enjoy. I enjoy acting. When I’m driving to the studio, I sing in the car. I love my work and my wife and my kids and my friends. And I think, “You’re a lucky man, Gregory Peck, a damn lucky man.”

It’s not my fault that all the fluent Italian I can speak happens to only be from Dean Martin songs
